[TowerTalk] Verglas 98/Ice Storm 98

   It appears that most of the damage to amateur
antennae and towers appear to be limited to those
with large yagis and/or wire antennae or those with
poorly maintained antennae.

   The ice storm damage at the Concordia University
ARC station VE2CUA is mostly the damage to the KLM
KT-34 tri-bander (lost all of its elements except
for the 20 metre reflectors) but the log-periodic
seems to look ok.

  The VHF/UHF array also appears to be ok though we
may have to wait until we get permission to go onto
the roof from the staff at physical plant.
