Don etal,

VOACAP is an extensive propagation prediction program originally written for
the Voice Of America. It will predict MUF, LUF, S/N, E field, etc for any xmit
station to any rcv station. The graphics are pretty nice and show up well in a
B/W print.

Ernesto etal,

The file is a self extracting executable of 4,143,920 bytes.

Robert etal,

I'm sure it will run faster, but more importantly it will just plain run on
NT. I have only been able to get previous version to run under WFWG3.11 which
I only have on the kid's computer now.

I just tried it out and it works fine! I have not run this in nearly a year
because of platform issues. Life is good again (tm).
