You need to read the towertalk reflector archives on the subject.  It 
depends on what frequency you are talking about.  I used 1/4 wave shorted 
stubs on all of mine.

Low loss = High Q.  Lower loss the better.

Doesnt matter.

Yes.

Doesnt matter.  I used two stubs per band seperated by 1/4 wavelength on 
the band I'm trying to attenuate.  Again, read the reflector archives.  
There is some really good stuff there.  Use the search engine on
