    Rohn makes a bunch of these that are designed around their housebrackets,
mostly the HBU -universal housebracket. Unfortunately I can't put my finger on
more specific info.

    You could use a pair of the adjustable housebrackets for 25G (HB25). It
has a horizontal bar that you can adapt with a U-bolt or similar to mount a
pipe to attach the vertical. They come in 15, 24 and 36 inch clearance. This
will DEFINITELY be robust enough. 

    They also make a 'wall mount' (WM) series that is TV antenna oriented. It
has 12, 18 or 24 inch clearance. They're pretty light duty (TV antennas).

      Amateur dealers have the HB25 - I don't know where you'd get the other,
more consumer-oriented items.
