Whoops! Yes, the pulleys should be replace as well. That's per the
factory and other knowledgeable persons.

The cables and pulleys should be PM'ed every six months. You should do a
visual inspection and then apply a suitable lubricant to the cables and
pulleys. PreLube 6 is such a lubricant. It penetrates the cables as well as
lubricating the pulleys. That way you can use the same material on both.
