A word of caution:

Be sure you know  the definition of (AND UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE)  BASIC
WIND SPEED before you use these data.  If you don't, you are asking for
trouble and will almost certainly make incorrect assumptions.

Get ANSI/TIA/EIA-222-F.  Use a PE.  Do it right.
