Microsoft Outlook provides a "rules wizard" that can be set up to
automatically distribute incoming messages to folders based on the contents
of the message's "to", "Subject", and "from" fields. Messages that do not
meet your criteria can be routed directly to the "deleted" folder, or saved
in a "low priority" folder that you occasionally review and/or archive on
low-cost storage.
