[TowerTalk] T2X w/Stainless Ring Gear - Which models?

I am told that there is a series/serial number that flags the point at
which Hygain-Telex switched to a stainless ring gear (and other
improvements) in the T2X rotor.  Anyone know what that is?  I need to
choose wisely between a couple of used rotor offers.
