Regarding used towers / equipment,
ask yourself the following questions.

How old are you?
How long do you want the towers to stay up?
Are you willing to change them out in your old age
if / when they deteriorate?

I strongly recommend new towers / guys / anchors / hardware
for anyone who wants their tower to last over 20 years.
