[TowerTalk] Rotator Pal

Has anyone built the Rotator Pal (K1KP/Tony Brock-Fisher) from
the February 1996 QST Magazine?  If so, please e-mail me
directly. I'm building it and have run into a problem and would
like to compare voltage readings/characteristics.
