Wow -- that's quite a haul.  I'd love to trade my CATV for a couple of
220-foot runs of good 50 ohm hardline!

As for the grounding, my understanding is that you can buy grounding blocks
that have an intervening stainless steel layer to alleviate the galvanic
problem, or else exclude air and moisture from the connection so that the
"battery" doesn't have a chance to form.
