Lots of questions to ask first:

What kind of tower?  Material?  Dimensions?  Section length?
What is going on it?  Wind loading?  Boom lengths?  Mast length?  Rotor?
Where do you live?  County wind specs?
What is the lot geography?  Dimensions?  Soil type?

Lotsa questions. . . . .
