[TowerTalk] Talking Used Rohn SSV down !!

 Jim,
 I sure would like to see a write-up on how someone can talk these
 towers down.  Hell, I can't even talk my kids into getting out of
 bed in the morning....and they come equipped with two ears and one 
 brain each.  So, there is much still to LEARN aparently
