pour in the concrete and then mix it."

NOT

...start doing the math on the cost of all raw ingredients for the making
of a yard of concrete and you will find it ain't a hell of a lot less than
if you plain olde call em up and have the redimix truck deliver it - save
yourself for other tower related jobs......this isn't even checkbook
engineering, its common sense!

For reference - concrete is delivered at roughly 60 bucks a cubic yd here
in FL....
