Don't know exactly what you have, but when I refurbished a crankup
tower for our (now volcanoed) VP2M station, I went to Home Depot and
bought garage door pullies as replacements for the tower that we had
hot dip galvanized, and made like new.

The garage door pullies were perfect and worked excellent.
