I agree with Dave.  Have two of these and they solved problem
in my house.  Likewise, I don't have any financial interest in 
Radio Shack.

The Radio Shack Model 43-591 Telephone is on sale through
March 28 for $16.99.

This phone is highly resistant to rfi. At that price, they
are cheaper than filters, and you can hand 'em out to the
neighbors like peanuts. The audio quality of this phone is
excellent. If it doesn't solve your problem, take it back.
