[TowerTalk] Grounding Unselected Tower Coax Switch

My satellite antenna system passes DC along the coax to a preamplifier.
In some configurations, a coaxial switch that grounds inactive ports is
undesireable. For example if the switch were to be used to select one
antenna between several transceivers.
