Steve is prejudiced against the BX series of towers.  I have had one (same
one) up at two places --Dallas and here in Fla.-- and like its
performance.  Never had a rotor shelf problem, It is still standing with 3
el forty plus two six meter beams and a WARC dipole and a 2 m vert out the
top of the 15 foot mast.  
Sure, there are stronger towers, but the BX gets a bad rap sometimes.
