[TowerTalk] roof-mounted tower guys and Phillystran tensioning

Best to straddle at lest 4 rafters with a heavy board (2X6 or 2X8)
with the heavy eyebolt coming through the roof and center of the 
board, backed with a few wide and heavy washers.  Then use
lots of roofing tar to seal the protrusion through the roof.
