[TowerTalk] True North vs. Magnetic

Paul,
	Any geo.survey map or aeronautical map will have the exact
correction listed for your exact area.  Here in Souther Cal, it's 14 1/2
degrees.  Up in your area I would guess about closer to 14 degrees even.
And that would be a plus(+) 14 degrees. ie. add 14 to whatever the compass
says, and that will be your TRUE heading.
