[TowerTalk]precip noise

In the "for what's it's worth" department, my new TH11 has a small coil
about 1.5" OD with about 10-15 turns of enamel ( looks like about #16)
which the manual says may be installed across the balun output.

This is supposed to cut down on precip static.

I left it off.
