[TowerTalk] Is M2 still in business

Hi there
I've been emailing an entire week to the sales dep. of M2

No responce

question: Are they out of business??
	  Are they just slow??
	  Are they going to be as slow when they have to deliver items??
	  Are they as slow with their technical support


Last year I had similar problem with this lack of customer responce with
the same company

Any help, tricks on how to wake them up
