[TowerTalk] shielding, grounding, etc.....

Will be re-doing the entire station this summer plus hopefully putting some
towers
and antennas up.  Looking for reference material that describes the most
effective grounding
mechanism and lightning protection for the shack.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
