[TowerTalk] TX-455 raising ideas

Is there another point higher up on the lower tower section that a wire
rope could be attached, rather than the point used for the rasising fixture
(which I don't have)?

I have a convenient tree nearby that I have a line going to through a pulley.

This also brings up another point...how does one attach ground line for
grounding to ground rod and secondly how can I mount my polyphaser isolater
for the rotor control cable?
