There has been quite a bit said on failure of wire cable on crankups. I =
have something
that has not been mentioned yet.=20
I have a TX-472 with a motor unit. There is quite a bit of wear on the =
large motor pulley.
It has worn to a depth 3 or 4 times that of the normal grooves causing =
failure of the 110ft cable.
Before you change cables, make sure you check this area also. I have =
posted pictures that show the wear.
