[TowerTalk] RE: Rebar and concrete

Received LOTS of info and helpful responses from many people ranging
from the simple to an engineering treatise.  I learned more than I ever
imagined about the subject and now feel confident to tackle the project
on Monday (when the concrete comes).  Saturday and Sunday will be spent
making rebar cages, building plywood forms and making lots of guy wires
(with N1MM who was kind enough to help).
