The British Navy show off this technique every year in a race between
crews from two different bases. The aim is to transport a complete field
gun through a wall, over a wall and across a "ravine". The gun and ammo
carriage come to pieces and everything is handled by muscle power.

To cross the ravine they use that tram technique, with one more
refinement that TowerTalk somehow seems to have missed: two men ride the
tram as well, standing on the gun barrel to keep it from tilting.
When you think about tramming yagis up the tower, it's the obvious
answer!

If you're concerned about safety... just look away.
