"New price" on an 858 series door knob is:

Wholesale $9.85
Retail $21.20

I have no idea what the "surplus" prices are, but quite often you can get
the part cheaper from the OEM source (manufacturer) than from so-called
surplus sales. Fair radio is about the only major surplus house that
doesn't try to spin wheat into gold.
