[TowerTalk] Cushcraft

I have always had good technical support from Cushcraft over the 
telephone.

Just last week, it called them, and the technical dept. answering 
machine said they were busy, to leave a message and they would call 
back.

Well, 5pm EDT came and no phone call.  But much to my surprise, I did 
get a call later.  I said, "I thought you people go home at 5."  He 
replied, "Not always."
