[TowerTalk] Hygain cinch plug corrosion

Use CoaxSeal, an unvulcanized rubber tape on sale at most ham stores.  It is
very sticky and sorta globs together after a few weeks.  You'll hate it when
the time comes to remove it - very gooey.

Anyway, it keeps the water out.
