[TowerTalk] Taping Traps

After seeing the tape thread on traps and some of the later ideas about UV
resistant traps, I am wondering if there is any kind of UV resistant
nonconductive paint that could be applied to the plastic.  I imagine the
plastic may be a difficult surface for paint to adhere to, but there should
be some solution for that problem as well.
