A relatively simple and easy solution to this problem is to use one of the
products that are made for running computer cabling down walls, since
computer wiring is often run inside suspended ceilings.  I have seen
plastic conduit with adhesive backing and snap-off covers that would amply
suffice for 3-4 runs of coax, a couple of rotator control cables, etc.  Try
Staples or Office Depot stores or catalogue.
