[TowerTalk] Verticals with Elevated Radials

I found LB's latest notes on the above subject very interesting.
Not sure if his model trends are applicable to the real world
or not,  but his post:

along with other stuff in Communication Quarterly has,  so far at
least,  kept my enthusiasm down (ok,  I am lazy)  from going out and
hanging up a bunch more elevated radials!
