[TowerTalk] Type of bolts for aluminum tower

Tower Guru's:

I am putting together the pieces I need to erect a 50' Universal Towers
aluminuim tower.

The question is should I use zinc plate steel or stainless steel nuts and
bolts? Do I need to use washers and what type, or should I use an elastic
stop nut?

Does anyone know if Universal Towers has a web page or e-mail address?
