[TowerTalk] automatic rotator brake delay

Contact Lance Johnson out of Colorado has exactly what you want in a easy to
install kit.   Its called the D-Lay-5 and sells for about $26.    Others have
copied it but suggest his as it has been working flawlessly for me on two
rotors for several years.
