[TowerTalk] C-31XR part 2

        I wanted to re-address the comments I made earlier regarding the
C-31XR SWR curves. Apparently I misinterpreted the comments of the guy in the
shack (I was on the tower at the time). His comments are below. The antenna
looks good on 15M contrary to my previous post. My apologies to the nice folks
at Force 12.

DROPS TO 1.0 AT 28.6.
