      The second best is a circular saw with an aggregate metal cutting blade 
in it. The blades are around four bucks and they'll "zing!" too.

      Not many cutting tools will handle EHS 'cuz it's so hard but these 
methods will both work great. Don't forget your safety glasses - you'll get 
LOTS of sparks. 

      Try wrapping some electrical tape at the place where you'll make the 
cut. The tape will keep the strands from unravelling.
