[TowerTalk] Phillystran diameters

I have some older potted end type phillystran and some newer stuff.  I am
told they are both 3/16 (4000#) equivalents.  They have different diameters
with the older kind having a larger diameter. 

Can anyone tell me what the diameter is for the newer (4000#) phyllistran?
