[TowerTalk] Buried conduits - trouble ahead?

I just finished burying two parallel PVC pipes for carrying antenna coax and
115VAC power out to the antenna site.  In spite of  best efforts, the trench
did not successfully "crown" the pipes at their midpoints.  Instead the
overall slope is down in one direction.  If  one end is inside the shack and
the other is elbowed down and carefully sealed with RTV where the cables
exit, should I ever have a problem with water seeping into the pipe?
