[TowerTalk] Loops vs dipoles

Many years ago I had a 2 el quad and a TA33 tri bander at the same QTH.
Quad was much quieter during rain showers, and a little bit quieter the rest
of the time.  Quad also required lots of repairs, and the crank up it was on
got lots of exercise.  It was a great antenna, though.
