[TowerTalk] Tic ring assembly tips?

I just received delivery of a Model 1022D TIC ring-rotor. This one is 
a bit different than the one I currently have (vintage 1993), and 
different than others I've seen. Are any two alike? :.)
I wonder if anyone has any tips, warnings, or words of wisdom on 
installing a recent vintage RIngrotor?
