[TowerTalk] mounting a tower in water

Hi:
  I have seen a 500' tall tower constructed in the center of a small pond or lake
near an existing 500' tower, after the first got fully loaded, looked like they
took a barge or something out to the center and drove concrete pilings into the water, it
was the only available area in the vicinity left to build on.  So it can be done.
  All of the cables came ashore on a `catwalk' (NOT a walkway), no buildings, I expect
the tower crew had to take a boat out to the tower to change tower lamps.
