This is a total red herring. WD-40 is compounded of highly-volatile
petroleum distillates. Incorporating DMSO would do nothing for its
intended uses. Besides, if WD-40 had DMSO in it, how many jillion cases of
poisoning (and lawsuits)would have resulted by now?
