[TowerTalk] Cross Arms

Why not use some long 1-1/2 inch U-bolts to attach to the legs?
A piece of thin wall PVC, slit lengthwise, can be placed over the
leg to protect the leg and provide a better fit for the 1-1/2 inch
U-bolt.
