[TowerTalk] US Tower "MA" Series

I have an older 70 ft tubular with rotating base.Has anyone come 
up with a safety lock,like on regular crankups,to take the tension
off the cables or hold it if the cable snaps?I also motorized it 
with a Superwinch model ac-1000.http://www.superwinch.com/ Any
