[TowerTalk] BAMA update for February

The BoatAnchor Manual Archive has added a few manuals for free
downloading that might be of interest to Towertalkians.  Manuals for the
Ham M, Ham II and T2X are on the CDE page.  If anyone would like to
upload the others in this series, they would be welcome additions to the
collection.
