[TowerTalk] telephone pole as tower

W0AIH has a bunch of pole towers... they all have the top section of a
tower mounted to the top of the pole.  I'm not sure if the top piece of the
tower is just jammed onto the pole, or if there is some other mounting
technique.  The last address I had for W0AIH is w0aih@ecol.net if you want
