[TowerTalk] Did I do something stupid?

Yeah, yeah, I know, you'll all be glad to tell me that I did. Anyway,
here's the poop:

I have a 50' tower (5 x 10' galvanized steel sections, reused from an
80' TV application). The concrete at the bottom goes down 3.5' into
the ground in a 12" sonotube. The pad itself is about 12" thick, the
bottom 6" poured first, the tower erected, and another 6" poured
around the base of the tower. All of it was poured within the space
of five days, plus I've got three 18" rebar sections between the two
halves of the pad.

I have a house bracket at about 16'. It's screwed into three studs
with 4" lag bolts through about an inch of siding.

No guys.

Typical wind speed gusts to 40 MPH. I have a 12' beam with 30 4"
diameter directors on a 1" pole. It's on a 12" mast (which I've been
told is too short).

Did I mention that I have no guys? And no obvious place to run them
to, since the lot is narrow?

So, am I gonna kill someone someday?
