Juries now days have NOT A CLUE what kind of precedents they are setting.
They hear the arguments for the plaintiff by the plaintiffs counsel and
feel that "the big bad corporation" can spare a few bucks to pay the "poor
mistreated people" a few hundred thousand dollars. Never thinking what else
may come of it.
It is sad to see the trend of this kind of litigation going on an
on............
Eventually it will bankrupt the country, and all the small and large
business that try to make a profit and provide JOBS !!!
What a concept !!

See it all the time in the permit process....
