[TowerTalk] TIC Ring rotor

My ring rotor stopped working this am. The only symptoms are no rotation in
either the manual or preset mode. The meter does "bounce" once in the
preset mode after a few seconds. Is there a way to determin if the problem
is in the box or up in the air? I'm not anxious to climb in January in Maine.
